Building Spaces Where Youth Thrive!

Empowering Black Youth to Rise Lead, and Thrive.

El’vateED Foundation creates culturally grounded opportunities for Black children, youth, and families to learn, lead, connect, and thrive. Through literacy, mentorship, career exploration, leadership, wellness, creativity, and community programming, we help young people discover their strengths, build confidence, and see possibility in their future.

Where Potential Meets Opportunity

At El’vateED, we believe every young person deserves access to opportunities that help them discover who they are and who they can become. Voices of the Village

The authentic impact of our students, caregivers, and community allies in their own words.

“Before El'vateED, my son struggled with reading confidence and felt disconnected in class. The Black Brilliance literacy cohort didn't just teach him to read—they gave him stories with heroes who look like him. His reading assessment jumped two full grade levels in four months.”

“Through the Mentorship & Career Pathways pillar, I was matched with an African American software engineering director. For the first time, I could realistically visualize myself in technology. Today I am heading into my freshman year studying Computer Science on a full academic scholarship.”
